Internet Lounge and WLAN

The Internet Lounge is located within the IC Building at the center of the fairgrounds. In addition to Internet access on a prepaid basis (either from your own computer or one of the desktop terminals), it offers a broad range of office and administrative support services -- including photocopying; presentation revision, production, and duplication; and CD/DVD burning -- as well as materials for printing, graphic design and text and layout work.

Wireless Internet Via WLAN

Deutsche Messe also offers wireless Internet access throughout the fairgrounds. To connect to the WLAN, you will need a voucher (which may be purchased on-site at EBi terminals, media shops, and the Internet Lounge); a WLAN-compatible device that complies with 802.11 a/b/g/n-draft standards; and a standard Internet browser.

Once you connect to the WLAN and request a URL you will be forwarded to Deutsche Messe's WLAN portal. Click on the Deutsche Messe logo and then enter the username and password printed on your voucher.

*Vouchers are valid for the duration of the fair and may be used for as many sessions as you like until all online-minutes purchased are subtracted from your credit.

Please note: WLAN performance can be limited by the total number of users as well as such potential interferences as multi-level exhibits, other wireless networks, and different use of the frequency. Exhibitors are advised to order wired Internet access, which provides guaranteed bandwidth, and use WLAN as a secondary Internet connection.
