Press Credentials

Journalists are admitted to trade fairs in Hannover free-of-charge provided that they register for press credentials. Each press ID includes a complimentary show catalog voucher; complimentary parking vouchers are provided upon request. Press credentials are non-transferable and are issued directly from Hannover, Germany, at the discretion of Deutsche Messe. Management, publishing and advertising representatives are not eligible for press credentials.

Advance Registration

Journalists from the United States may register in advance through Deutsche Messe's Press and Public Relations Department in Hannover, Germany. Simply visit the website of the fair you wish to register for, click the "Press Service" tab and then the menu item "Accreditation" for instructions. On-Site Registration

Media representatives may register for credentials on-site at the Nord 1, Nord 2, Ost 2 or West 1 (Hall 13) entrance gates to the Hannover Fairgrounds or at the PRESS Center, which opens to the media the day before an event begins. If you intend to register in person, please be prepared to demonstrate your editorial function (copy of publication masthead stating your editorial title, copy of a bylined article, letter of assignment on official publication letterhead, etc.).
